Acquisition Analyst - Military veterans preferred

Challenging Projects:

You will support the development and tracking of statutory documentation for PM WGC, including Acquisition Strategy, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Transition Plans, and CRMs. This PD covers two FTEs: one focused on acquisition documentation, and one on program analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and maintain acquisition lifecycle documentation per DoD and MCSC policies.
• Develop and manage comment resolution matrices (CRMs) and review workflows.
• Support acquisition tracking metrics, lifecycle milestones, and documentation libraries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with SECNAV, MCSC, and DON policy.
• Perform program data analysis, generate reports, and respond to ad hoc PM requests.

State-of-the-Art Technology:

Operate within USMC and MCSC records systems, routing platforms, and acquisition tracking tools.

Build practical expertise in defense acquisition, lifecycle documentation, and Marine Corps administrative processes.

You Have:

(Covers both roles)

• SECRET clearance for Program Analyst (TS eligible), TS/SCI for Acquisition Analyst
• BA/BS in Business or related field OR a PMP, FAC-P/PM II, or DAWIA II certification 
• 3–5+ years acquisition-related work experience
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition policies, SECNAV, and USMC correspondence standards.
• Strong skills in MS Project, SharePoint, and CRM tracking

Nice to Haves:

• Prior experience supporting PM WGC or MCSC

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. SECRET or TS/SCI clearance required depending on billet.
