Building and managing relationships with current and new customers. Responsible for communicating with the customer for scheduling, status, or completion. Oversee accounts and be the customer’s point of contact for their requests/needs.
Responsibilities
Confer with National Account customers by telephone or email to provide the information needed.
Strong phone and computer skills, must be able to do both at once
Ability to always project a positive attitude

Ability to explain technician information to non-technical individuals
Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to new and existing customers
Must be organized, self-driven, and customer service focused
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document problems with service calls to meet established turnaround times.
Assist employees in the execution of their duties by acting as a resource for timely, effective use of services.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Intermediate computer skills required
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing, on the telephone and in person.
