Challenging Projects:

You will support the end-to-end engineering lifecycle for PM WGC systems, including requirements management, configuration tracking, architecture development, and infrastructure sustainment. Engineering positions are open across junior, mid, and senior levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain engineering documentation aligned to DoD and USMC standards.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of system and capability views.
  • Maintain the Configuration Management Plan and Configuration Item Technical Database (CITDB).
  • Support the definition and traceability of requirements using DOORS.
  • Facilitate system design reviews with vendors and Government stakeholders.
  • Contribute to technical meetings, architecture updates, and risk identification.
  • Assist with oversight of computing and utility services within the Neller Center.
  • Provide cloud hosting and AV/IT support recommendations for operational environments.

State-of-the-Art Technology:

Work with leading platforms and software including CM PRO, DOORS, classified cloud services, and engineering documentation tools.

You Have:

  • Junior Engineer (Systems Engineer I):
    • Secret (TS eligible) clearance
    • High school diploma or BS in Engineering
    • 1+ year of engineering experience
  • Mid-Level Engineer (Systems Engineer II):
    • Active TS/SCI clearance
    • BS in Engineering
    • 5+ years engineering experience
  • Senior Engineer (Lead Systems Engineer):
    • TS/SCI clearance
    • BS or MS in Engineering (PMP optional)
    • 8+ years engineering experience

(All Levels)

  • Experience with CM PRO, DOORS, and engineering documentation lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition and systems engineering guidance.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with MCWL, NIWC-LANT, or MCSC engineering processes
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000-series policies and SETR
  • AV/IT integration support within classified facilities

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance required for mid and senior roles; Secret (TS eligible) for junior roles.
