Responsibilities


  • Ensuring all operational and performance tracking/management tools aspects for a successful deployment of performance tracking tools/systems are in place or planned in detail prior to and during the readiness and implementation phase

  • Manage continuous improvement opportunities for Kaizen, addressing necessary actions.

  • Train all site leaders on problem solving in the Excellence School training program, maintain the knowledge.

  • Support the development of a Recognition Program and maintain the program (including extensive communication), engaging the different stakeholders (including operations, HR)

  • Support site leadership / nominated person to implement Lean methodologies (manual process) and identify the best places to implement it and improve Inventory Records, sharing best practices and addressing the topics to inventory experts related to Wall to Wall, Cycle Count process, Stages and market places clean up, Refusal and Returns.

  • Share samples of tools to enable improvements' tracking, savings gathering and project implementation and share best practices between sites and indicate the best solutions to be replicated.

Requirements


  • At least 4 years of working experience in Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement or relevant field required 

  • Strong in process understanding and LEAN approach

  • Certified in Six Sigma is preferrable  

  • Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and performance tracking methodologies

  • Good communication both in Thai and English

  • Able to work independently and result oriented
