Key Responsibilities:
• Team collaboration to complete tasks while maintaining service levels.
• Independently handle all operational and organizational tasks/processes in payroll and EDA (Employee Data Administration).
• Maintain data in IT systems such as SAP and/or Oracle.
• Manage complex correspondence through mail and phone (MS Teams).
• Process requests via the ticket system.
• Ensure compliance with legal and collective bargaining regulations.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
• Experience with payroll and/or EDA from previous roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of German for easy communication and a willingness to keep learning.
• A strong passion for administrative tasks and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset.
