Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the network and IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Provide day-to-day technical support to end users at the Hung Yen site, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to understand business processes and deliver IT solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Operation applications, systems, and hardware in a timely and professional manner.
Understand the local site’s IT architecture to provide appropriate technical solutions and consultancy to business and operations teams.
Oversee IT asset management, including inventory control, usage monitoring, and compliance with corporate policies.
Develop, document, and implement IT procedures and best practices to standardize support and ensure business continuity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
Proven experience (5 years) in IT infrastructure management, end-user support, and IT operations.
Strong understanding of networking, IT security, and enterprise-level application systems.
Experience in project management as team leader or project manager for advantage.
Good English skills.
Self-disciplinal with ability to work at night shift or under high pressure
Able to work on own initiative, flexibility, innovative reliable (in order to take responsibility and ownership of completing assignments).
Experience with WMS & TMS systems or IT solutions in the logistics industry is an advantage.
