What we expect… (Essential Functions)
This position is responsible for evaluating, supporting and streamlining the business processes and systems that support Gray’s Human Capital Management solution (UKG) and other human resources systems to create a better experience for the business and Gray team members. With the goal of improving corporate collaboration, this individual will function as the subject matter expert on UKG reporting, data analytics, configuring new functionality, implements data driven solutions to ensue adherence to compliance standards/practices, maintains internal audit process to ensure data integrity through collaboration across the human resources department and the organization.
Oversees and maintains optimal performance of UKG with their day to day needs by answering questions and resolving complex issues within UKG and other HR systems. This individual works closely with the HR team to understand the processes, interpret the data and develop solutions that provide value for the business.

Generally, normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Overtime may be required.
