Shift
8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Monday – Friday.

Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors, emergencies, and crisis management requiring evening(s), weekend(s), and holiday(s) response.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Facilities Financial Strategy Officer, the IWMS Administrator manages and administers the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) solution to drive automation, streamline processes, and maximize the IWMS solution to full advantage; Maintains essential IT infrastructure, including security, provisioning accounts, role creation, and user/role audits for assigned systems; Ensures the proper collection and maintenance of facilities-related data, including system and serialized assets, capital planning, project management, space management, and maintenance-related data, documents, and information; Collaborates with leadership to analyze the benefits of implementing new functionality as new functionality is planned and delivered; Utilizes significant knowledge of facilities management business processes and needs to determine requirements, system implementation, deployment, ongoing maintenance, enhancement, incorporation and development of future modules, and serves as liaison to the vendor for implementation and ongoing support for the University’s Integrated Workplace Management System; and Provides system user support, including consultation, configuration, documentation, and training for technical and functional users.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows/Office; SAP; KRONOS / Dimensions

Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or Certified Educational Facilities Professional (CEFP) is preferred.

Driver’s License is preferred

Knowledge and understanding of project development methodologies and processes; system design and build, system integration testing; considerable experience using information technology solutions such as Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) or computer-aided facility management (CFM) platforms to support Facilities Management in higher education is strongly preferred. A basic understanding of SAP, AutoCAD, ESRI, and report development is desirable.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Master’s Degree in Information Systems Technology preferred.
