In this job you will:

• QA Support and management for clients and internal stakeholders
• Support and conduct on-site audits
• Document internal quality assurance activities
• Investigate customer enquires
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Monitor risk management activities
• Assure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

You have the following qualities & experience to be successful in this role:

• Solid quality &/or operational experience in 3PL warehousing
• Industry experience within Pharma and/or Medical Devices
• Exposure to the temperature controlled environment 
• Experience with Internal or external audits
• Understanding of Quality Management principles
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
• Proficiency within all Microsoft Office applications
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• High motivation and outstanding attention to detail
• Willingness to undergo security clearance
