Hui Huliau is a nonprofit Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and community service organization whose business activities principally benefit Native Hawaiians. As an NHO we operate under U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations and own small businesses that participate in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program for minority owned companies. Our small businesses provide a variety of contracted services to the U. S. Military, U. S. Civilian agencies, and commercial customers at locations worldwide.

Summary:
Cedar International is seeking an experienced Cafeteria Manager at Charleston Regional Center Cafeteria Services. The Cafeteria Manager oversees the full operation of the cafeteria, ensuring that all meals are prepared, presented, and served in a timely, safe, and appealing manner.
This role is responsible for managing daily staff activities, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and ensuring compliance with all health, nutrition, and safety regulations. The Cafeteria Manager leads menu planning based on nutritional guidelines and customer preferences, manages inventory and purchasing, controls food costs, and maintains accurate records for audits and reporting. Additionally, the Manager fosters a positive dining environment that supports the overall well-being of all customers, whether in a school, corporate, or healthcare setting. Successful candidates will be proactive leaders who are organized, budget-conscious, and committed to providing a welcoming and efficient dining experience
