POSITION SUMMARY

The Treasury Services Product/Project Manager is accountable for managing various Treasury related products, maintaining vendor relationships, working directly with Treasury clients to implement complex services, and successfully completing special projects.

• Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, employees, and 3^rd party vendors.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of service.
• Complete projects on time and in budget.
• Resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Develop strategic roadmaps for specific Treasury products
• Work with Treasury leadership team to create strategic plans.
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations, privacy, and security standards.
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of product and/or project management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Treasury Service related experience
• High degree of critical thinking skills
• Strong understanding of core banking functions, payables and receivables
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Passion for innovation, user experience, and teamwork

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Constant use of computer screens
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
• Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
