Overview

Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist, Senior to join our Army Tactical Network IPS team.

 

Responsibilities include, though not limited to:

 

  • Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan.
  • Verify materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods
  • Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
  • Keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management, shipping/receiving action and any required hand receipt records.
  • Work with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements.
  • May operate hand, power trucks, and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties.
  • Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
  • Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
  • Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
  • Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
  • May supervise others.


Responsibilities

  • Must have a SECRET level clearance
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school 
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience of a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan.
