We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the President of Sports Properties at Learfield, with additional support for the EVP of Global Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both executives' offices, providing high-level administrative support, and contributing to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage the President’s and EVP’s calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments, ensuring their time is efficiently allocated.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the President, EVP, and other executives as needed.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, effectively handling communication and prioritizing urgent matters.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up items. Ensure meetings are well-organized and run efficiently.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, including conferences, team meetings, and special projects.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports for the executives' review and approval.
  • Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives, working closely with other members of the leadership team.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the executives.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Pay Transparency
The approximate base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
