Overview

EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Senior Business Analyst – Integrations to lead management of business integrations. This position will manage the process to identify, evaluate, design and implement system to system integrations. Additionally this role is design and advise operations staff on process monitoring while coordinating both internal and external integration support.

To be successful in this role, the SBA-I must have deep knowledge and experience of both various integration modes (transactional/batch/flat file), associated business systems and processes used by growing technology organizations. In addition to comprehensive knowledge of application integration, they must view organizational needs broadly to encompass enterprise policy, procedures, programs and initiative related to application financial and data security controls. The expectation is that this role will not only have deep experience with integrations but also familiarity with a variety of ERP, CRM and e-commerce applications with related external service providers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and prioritize cross organization integration initiatives to optimize resource usage.
  • Advise organizational units on integration opportunities and best practices.
  • Take lead in management of cloud integration efforts with through knowledge of Boomi and regular contact with all Boomi & related vendors.

  • Lead triage of identified integration (Boomi) issues and communicate next steps to organization.
  • Lead build/buy discussions related to integration technologies and strategy compliance.
  • Facilitate and provide level 3/high priority integration technical support.
  • Ensure compliance by both internal and external integration resources with EV change control and documentation standards.
  • Monitor & model system to system integrations to provide guidance on capabilities and risks.
  • Provide thought leadership to organization relative to product plans and operational rhythm.
  • Communicate capabilities and limitations of EV integrations impacted business units.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 + years of experience across a broad set of information technologies.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field or MBA with technical experience.
  • Experience with IaaS applications (Boomi/MuleSoft).
  • Experience with integration of enterprise ERP & CRM applications (Salesforce & NetSuite).

Preferred

  • Familiarity with cloud application implementation and management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of order to cash & procure to pay financial processes.
  • Experience managing on-going vendor relationships.
  • Experience integrating cloud applications, at scale.
  • Experience with payment systems integration (payment cards/ACH).
  • Robust written and verbal communications skills.
  • Robust technical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
  • Well-organized, dependable, and self-sufficient.

This is a full-time, remote role with a salary range of $98,000-$130,000, bonus eligible.
