We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Product Operations Lead to drive operational excellence and scale our product organization. This pivotal role serves as the connective tissue between Product Management, User Experience, Engineering, and Customer Success teams – ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented leader who can leverage customer feedback, develop actionable insights, drive operational metrics, align stakeholders, and support product teams in delivering high-impact solutions that focus on customer outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead the execution of product operations strategies that drive alignment, accountability, and transparency across product teams.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Optimize end-to-end product development processes including planning, prioritization, release management, and retrospectives.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure tight coordination between Product, User Experience, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and Support teams to deliver seamless product launches.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer experience, product effectiveness, and operational health.
  • Tools & Systems: Own and continuously improve product tooling (e.g., Pendo, Gainsight, Aha!, Productboard), analytics, and documentation standards.
  • Governance & Planning: Lead quarterly and annual product planning cycles, ensuring alignment with company objectives and resource availability.
  • Change Management: Lead initiatives to improve agility, communication, and continuous improvement across the product org.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or related functions, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling operational functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in driving organizational transformation and operational rigor in medium-to-large product organizations.
  • Deep understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to develop insights and drive decisions based on data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Background in tech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses preferred.
  • Related experience in strategy, consulting, operations or as a data analyst.
  • Experience working with global/remote teams.

This is a full-time, remote role with a salary range of $119,000-$152,700, bonus eligible.
