YOUR TASK

  • Supporting on recruitment process from end to end
  • Engaging with stakeholder and employees
  • Good communication skills
  • Assist the HR team in carrying out HR policies and processes to support a productive and engaged workforce.
  • Provide general support in communicating basic HR information to employees and managers, under supervision.
  • Help with the coordination of HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement events.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining HR documents, reports, and filing systems in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Support efforts to review and improve HR practices that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Take part in HR-related projects, meetings, and company events when required.
  • Learn about HR best practices, including talent development, employee relations, and policy implementation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree student
  • Final year student
  • Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
  • Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
