Transport Manager - Military veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to retail locations.


• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to plan and optimize transport routes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to delivery schedules.


• Monitor and analyze transport performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, implementing best practices in transport operations.


• Manage relationships with subcontractors and third-party logistics providers, ensuring they meet service level agreements.


• Address and resolve customer complaints related to transport delays or issues, providing timely feedback and solutions.


• Prepare and maintain accurate records of transport activities, including budgets, expenses, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• 4 years in Logistic and Transport Management or related field


• Leadership through effective communication and ability to influence outcomes across multiple regional locations


• Organizational skills with ability to prioritize under pressure


• Skilled in Computer Literacy


• Good communication both in Thai and English
