Overall Role Purpose?????
To provide training professional input to the Sales Development and coaching thus implementing the sales training and development objectives. Development training relevant strategy, plan and project to align with Sales Initiative and business priority. To update the training process, tools and methodology to improve the training effectiveness according to the sales competency gap. In collaboration with Country Sales Training and Development Manager, ensure sales training programs adhere to.

Accountabilities?????
· Provide professional functional leadership, expertise and support on Sales Training implementation to Area sales teams in order to facilitate delivery of agreed revenue growth levels and achievement of business plans in the GMNC?National Customer, Relationship and Direct channel through continuous people development.
· Explore, source and implement effective training program according to area/station training needs.

· To lead and deploy internal technique platform relevant to DHL Business process and e-learning to improve the business knowledge of sales force.

· Support in sales team coaching, provide proper tools and learning resources for sales managers coaching team members and equip sales executives with the right skills and knowledge to delivery result. Via business review, training audit and workshops to develop sales team.

· Support Area management team to setup talent criteria and deploy selection initiatives for sales executives, generate talent insights to support Area management team in making effective decisions.

· Exchange and transfer ideas regarding performance improvement to supply the cross-function service update and information to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

· Keeping in touch with different companies, searching qualified training resources for sales people development. (Need to be reviewed). Ensure the external consultant feedback and revise the training program accordingly to improve the training efficiency.
