RETAIL SALES DESK EXECUTIVE (MATARA)

As a Retail Sales Desk Executive, you will be at the forefront of our operations, managing retail sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at our Retail Center. Your responsibilities will include:

• - Driving retail sales and revenue growth.
• - Implementing sales activation programs aligned with local strategies.
• Managing store presentation to reflect DHL’s premium brand and service standards.
• Managing the Retail Store in the best of Brand presentation to create the highest impact through customer experience.

Personal Profile

• A full or partial qualification in sales/marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A balanced, objective approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster great customer relationships.
