Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the DSC PH’s Healthcare Program and total nursing care to assure that employees are physically fit and continue to be healthy to effectively carry out their duties and responsibilities.
  • Lead and coordinate with Company Physician in the surveillance and maintenance of occupational health and safety
  • Conduct regular GEMBA and BBS walkthrough to ensure compliance of employee in Quality and H&S standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to emergency equipment (spine board, first aid kits, etc)
  • Support development and review of Occupational-health related SOPs, Work Instructions to meet customer-specific requirements and the LOGICS KPIs.
  • Support monthly APAC reporting and critical analysis of the Performance Measurement tools.
  • Ensure site compliance to all applicable Health & Safety Standards and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Generation, deployment and review of  health related SOP, WI & program
  • Assisting company physician in reviewing of pre-employment medical result and annual physical exam (APE).
  • Inventory, monitoring and requisition of medicines, clinic tools and equipment
  • Participate in completion of DOLE required health report/s.
  • Conduct respirator fit and testing with identified employees.
  • Provide support in executing SPT (Skin Prick Test), PFT(Pulmonary Function Test) and MVO(Motor Vehicle Operator) test.
  • Filing and archiving of medical records and safe keeping of confidential medical records.
  • Assist transfer of patient in hospital and regular monitoring of health condition
  • Maintaining of 5S standard in clinic.

Requirements

  • Licensed / Registered Nurse
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Has critical-thinking skills with warm and caring disposition
  • With relative work experience either hospital nurse or Company Nurse
  • Having OHNAP training is an advantage
