Description:
This role will involve coordination across time zones, and we anticipate that flexibility in your working hours will be necessary to align with APAC (Middle East and Central Asia) and EMEA (Europe and the Middle East) standard business hours.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented International HRIS and Payroll Manager to oversee the global human resources information system (HRIS) and payroll operations across multiple countries. This role will ensure the seamless integration of HR technology and compliance with local payroll regulations, while supporting HR processes and data analytics. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in global payroll administration, HR systems implementation, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Global HRIS Management:
Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the HRIS (e.g. Paylocity and WebGlobe.) across multiple countries.
Ensure data integrity, manage system upgrades, and troubleshoot issues across modules (e.g., core HR, timekeeping, benefits, performance management).
International Payroll Oversight:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for international employees, in partnership with local payroll ICPs in partnership with Paylocity and BlueMarble.
Oversee accurate and timely payroll reporting and reconciliation.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
Develop, document, and refine payroll and HRIS processes for scalability and compliance.
Monitor and audit systems and processes for accuracy and data privacy (GDPR, etc.).
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with external payroll providers, HRIS vendors, finance teams, and local HR contacts.
Manage contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics for third-party providers.
Reporting and Analytics:
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on payroll, workforce analytics, and HR KPIs.
Support internal audits and respond to inquiries from internal/external auditors.
Team Leadership:
Manage and develop a global payroll or HRIS team; provide training and support as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in HRIS and international payroll, including supervisory responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with global HRIS systems and payroll platforms. Paylocity and BlueMarble - preferred
Project management skills with a track record of successful HRIS implementations or migrations.
Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; data analysis skills a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in a multinational, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
HRIS certification with Paylocity is a plus
CPP or other payroll certification.
Experience with GDPR and data privacy laws.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
