Job Summary
The Sales department supports the Company's goals of growing and retaining membership and taking care of vulnerable populations through delivering the right care at the right time. The department strives to deliver managed care benefit plans in accordance with CMS's and regulator’s high expectations regarding compliance.

*This role requires frequent travel and local presence in New York, thus incumbent must reside in New York. 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Top sales professional within a multi-state  managed care organization • Responsible for setting sales strategy, hiring sales leadership team, developing execution tactics, managing inside sales and sales operations, and leading field sales representatives as well as contracted brokers
• Develops and articulates growth strategies, and develops initiatives and leads teams to execute on initiatives, that maximize profitable growth (and member retention) for the Company's benefit plans
• Ensure the Company's sales organization adheres to all regulatory requirements
• Set production goals by region, market, and channel
• Maintain low rates of cancellations, rapid disenrollment's, and sales-related complaints which demonstrates growth is being achieved in a responsible way
• Ensure lead sources are diversified and self-generated enrollments are a significant percentage of new membership.
• Able to travel throughout assigned territory as needed
• Strong communication skills including phone, written, and video

Job Qualifications
Required Education
BA/BS degree
Required Experience
7+ years sales leadership in roles of increasing responsibility, including multi-state managed care organization
Medicare Advantage; Medicaid SME
Strong, quantitative, analytical skills and ability.
Preferred Education
Graduate Degree

Pay Range: $122,430.44 - $238,739.35 / ANNUAL
