Key Responsibilities / Challenges
1. Train staffs to use Stock system related to receiving & despatching and understand
operations procedures & develop appropriate monitoring processes.
2. Maintain Stock and Location Maintenance in PrIME system and ensure all data updated at all times.
3. Identify the problem from operations procedures related to system management & propose the solution to make more effective and efficiency in operations processes.
4. Ensure that all shifts are covered by subordinates to meet the needs of Operations Dept. and P&G.
5. Ensure providing enough training to System staffs in order to perform smooth operations.
6. Keep Manager informed of any concerns/ problems that arise at the earliest opportunity.
7. Produce Short Ship Report as part of monthly KPI.
8. Maintain good working relationships with all departments at all levels.
9. Monitor performance levels of staff at all times & take appropriate action for those not conform to company policies i.e., poor performance, poor attendance record, etc.
10. Appraise staff at regular intervals, as required by company policy.
11. To inspect the working conditions, machinery, tool and equipment so that they are in the conditions of safety before starting the routine operation.
12. To inspect the reason for the injury, sickness or disturbance due to working of the employees, together with the safety officer, and report the total result including the proposal to the management, for prevention of the incident without delay.
13. To promote and support activity in working safety.
14. To carry out the work in safety as the safety officer at the level of the management/ executive shall assign.
15. To practice the annual emergency and evacuation plan as required.
16. To perform other jobs as assigned by superior.
