Job Purpose:

To ensure that all aspects of projects meet established quality standards, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

Quality Planning:

• Develop and maintain the project quality plan.
• Define quality criteria and performance metrics.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Conduct periodic audits and reviews of project processes and deliverables.
• Identify deviations from quality standards and propose corrective actions.

Documentation Management:

• Ensure proper documentation of processes, procedures, and quality results.
• Maintain records of audits and reviews.

Training and Development:

• Train project team members on quality standards and procedures.
• Promote a culture of quality within the team.

Communication:

• Inform senior management about the status of quality in projects.
• Facilitate communication between teams to resolve quality issues.

Continuous Improvement:

• Propose improvements to quality management processes.
• Implement new tools and techniques to enhance project quality.

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project quality management, preferably in automotive sector.
•  Certifications in quality management: ISO 9001 2015 and  IATF 16949:201, preferably Vda 6.3 and 6.1
• Knowledge of project management tools and quality software.
•  Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Results-oriented and attention to detail.
• Advanced English
