General Summary: The Communication, Art & Design Department at Middlesex Community College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in Communication with a focus on Film and Television Production.
The successful candidate will be an industry-experienced professional with the ability to teach a wide range of courses in film and television production, including but not limited to:
The faculty member will engage a diverse student population through learner-centered teaching, collaborate on curriculum development that aligns with MCC's strategic directions, and actively contribute to departmental efforts in community partnerships, internships, and student success initiatives.

Salary Range: $58,438 is the starting salary for Column B under the MCCC 2025 Salary Grids for an Assistant Professor with a Master's Degree; actual salary commensurate with academic background and experience. Employees of Middlesex Community College are considered employees of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and receive benefits, which include:
Location: Lowell or Bedford campus with occasional travel to the other as needed
