ManTech is responsible for assisting our Government customer ensure that material solutions developed or acquired by Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission. To do that, ManTech assists our customer to conduct the detailed systems engineering analysis, establishes technical policies and guidance across the Command, and manage the technical investigation and distributed planning required to deliver world class Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) systems capabilities to the warfighter.

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide facilitation and coordination support to MCSC Systems Engineering Division roll-out of a SharePoint based process tool intended to collect, route, track, and store information used to make decisions across the command.
  • Assist with documentation development and updates related to the process tool, to include standard operating procedures, marketing material to include briefings, users' guides, and training material for users.
  • Assist with coordination across various MCSC portfolio integrated product teams (IPTs) to share tool use assumptions and recommended tool usage methodology and to understand intent of execution of reviews (SETRs) within the various organizations, and assist in identifying appropriate tool usage techniques and methods in support of existing or emerging review practices.
  • Support training of various levels of leadership and users in the value, intent, and use of the tool.
  • Conduct pre-screening audits of technical review data packages and planned entrance criteria to facilitate efficient determination of readiness to enter planned reviews based upon a checklist of expected items.
  • Facilitate post-review configuration management and closure of data within the process tool as approved by the Government.
  • Assist Government personnel in gathering process-related metrics using SharePoint functionality.

Mandatory Skills Requirements:

  • Organizational skills to coordinate and facilitate the process tool's administrative functions for reviews occurring throughout MCSC, which may number in the dozens per month.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills to support training and advocacy for the process tool across MCSC.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, or with other Analysts, while keeping senior leadership informed regarding status and issues related to the process tool's use and suitability.
  • Should have experience preparing and/or maintaining technical systems or program documentation for either five (5) years (with a Bachelor’s Degree), seven (7) years (with an Associate’s Degree), or twelve (12) years (with a High School Diploma).
  • Should also have at least three (3) years’ experience in support of DoD pogroms having the Integrated Defense AT&L Lifecycle Management Framework, and experience with ensuring adherence to master plans and schedules, and developing solutions to program problems are required.
