- Work with our ESRs, ISRs, and Senior Director of Sales, to introduce, explain, and sell our APIs to integration prospects to enable the closing of WMTS, API, and generally larger ACV deals.
- Manage for Eagleview the integration process while collaborating with Product and the customer throughout their integration efforts to ensure success.
- Manage the calendar of integrations and proactively engage partners to complete planned integrations on time.
- Collaborate with partners’ technical stakeholders to architect optimal integration approaches and continuously improve our API onboarding processes.
- Technically assist partners' technical counterparts throughout the implementation process, specifically in integrating with our APIs.
- Create test plans, testing credentials, and validate test data sent by partners during the onboarding process.
- Monitor partner integrations and handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and outages.
- Support and upgrade partner integrations as Eagleview solutions, services, and technology evolve, notably when deprecating obsolete functionality.
- Provide internal documentation and training to Eagleview client support teams about partner integrations to launch campaigns and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Act as the bridge between external partners and EV’s Product & Engineering teams by gathering market insights, product feedback, documenting partner product roadmaps, testing new features, organizing releases, and prioritizing critical functional and technical enhancements.
- Strive to be a trusted advisor/go-to person, for partner-related technologies and integrations, for all cross-functional teams within Eagleview.
- Assist internal stakeholders with capturing integration details & nuances, use cases and requirements for product design specifications.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop new features and capabilities and to improve data ingestion processes.
- Work with the Product, Partner, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to improve the integration process.
- Manage resourcing, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful integration engagements with Partners.
- Provide on-going integration support for Partners including as-required testing support, issue oversight and resolution, and proactive technical advisory.
- Assist in the development and ongoing enhancements of client-facing FAQ and integration best practices documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs integration, API management, cloud infrastructure, and modern security implementations such as OAuth and 3LA.

- 3-5 years of technical experience, preferably in a consulting or integration engineering role.
- B.S. in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science or commensurate industry experience.
