Job Overview
The Template Configuration Specialist I supports the development and maintenance of member and provider notification templates based on requirements from contracted health plans. Under the guidance of senior team members, this role helps ensure that templates are accurate, compliant with regulatory standards, and properly configured for integration with the MSO’s UM and claims applications. The Template Configuration Specialist I collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Compliance, and Development, to learn and support the deployment of health plan notification templates. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team within the IT department, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in how technology supports evolving healthcare regulatory compliance. You’ll also learn about system configuration, work closely with developers, help write user stories, apply QA and UAT testing frameworks, and gain exposure to a variety of enterprise IT applications.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare, administrative, or technical support role preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, is required.
Experience with healthcare operations, clinical systems, and/or managed care is a plus.
Experience working in healthcare systems, IT applications, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
Compensation
$25.00 - $28.15 hourlyCompensation Disclaimer

The range is subject to change.
