Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling daily operation
  • Ensure good delivery, storage & dispatch
  • Inventory control & make sure the location match with the system
  • Ensure the warehouse assistant have valid driving license & certificate who need to operate the forklift
  • Monitor warehouse equipment maintenance
  • Incident handling
  • Monitor daily operation of warehouse.
  • Warehouse storekeeping
  • Responsible for staffing and training contractors and improving his/her competency
  • Undertake operational activities that contributes to Operational KPIs
  • Develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department


Job Requirements

  • Form 7 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF)
  • More than 6 years working experience in logistics operations
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Excel & Outlook
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics field
  • With Forklift license
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as Supervisor
