Role Purpose
As the Digital Marketing Growth Senior Manager, you’ll define and execute growth marketing strategies that power customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels. You’ll lead a team of specialists responsible for performance marketing and MarTech enablement, ensuring we deliver best-in-class execution and tools to support our global digital ambition. Partnering with global, regional, and country-level teams, you’ll drive campaign excellence, scale lead generation efforts, and maximize ROI through data, automation, and seamless digital experiences.
Your focus will span across:
•Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop a data-led global strategy to drive business growth through full-funnel marketing initiatives.
•Digital Campaign Leadership: Oversee high-impact campaigns across email, SEO, SEM, display, and paid media with clear KPIs and goals.
•Performance Optimization: Use data insights, A/B testing, and analytics to improve conversion and campaign efficiency.
•Marketing Automation & Journeys: Enhance lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing with automated workflows and customer journey mapping.
•Lead Generation: Create and refine strategies to fill and accelerate the sales funnel, aligning closely with Sales teams.
•Digital Tools: Drive adoption and effectiveness of Digital Marketing tools.
•Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Regional and Country Digital Marketing Leads to ensure strategic alignment and campaign consistency.
•Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists, including performance marketing and marketing automation/tool experts.
•Growth Strategy Execution: Build and evolve the global growth marketing roadmap, tied to business objectives and digital best practices.
•Lead Generation: Design lead generation and nurturing strategies to improve funnel performance and conversion rates.
•Campaign Management: Manage multi-channel campaigns and coordinate execution with internal teams and agency partners.
•Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and drive optimizations based on data insights.
•Marketing Automation: Oversee the development and optimization of automated campaigns that nurture leads throughout the customer lifecycle.
•Tool Integration: Ensure global platforms and tools are effectively integrated, optimized, and delivering ROI.
•Reporting: Deliver clear, data-backed reports on performance, outcomes, and opportunities.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to global, regional, and country teams—offering guidance, feedback, and support.
•Experience: 8+ years in digital marketing, with strong leadership in growth marketing, performance campaigns, and MarTech integration.
•Team Management: Proven experience leading high-performing teams across performance marketing and marketing technology.
•Digital Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid media, and performance tracking.
•Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience with platforms like Adobe Marketo, and customer journey automation.
•Analytical Mindset: Strong command of data, testing methodologies, and optimization frameworks.
•Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
•Project Management: Skilled in managing budgets, timelines, and teams across global and regional initiatives.
•Communication: Confident in presenting strategies, reports, and insights to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
