Your role:
As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for coordinating office services, managing administrative tasks, and supporting various teams in their operational needs. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach. Your work will help create a comfortable, well-functioning office environment and support the efficiency of the entire organization.

What will we do together?

• Provide day-to-day office support and handle general administrative tasks
• Coordinate external service providers (e.g. cleaning services, coffee service, office supplies)
• Monitor the technical condition of office equipment and report maintenance or service needs
• Manage office supply orders and maintain stock levels
• Support the organization of internal meetings and events (room booking, materials preparation, catering coordination)
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Collaborate with the HR and administration teams on ongoing operational needs
• Assist other departments with minor administrative tasks as needed

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset
• Communicative level of English
• Good command of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Reliability, accuracy, and a proactive approach to work
• Willingness to learn and develop within administrative support functions
