We're hiring a Third Party Risk Management Associate to join our Souderton Risk Compliance Team.
Comprehend and work to meet the objectives set forth in regulatory guidance and the Bank’s TPRM policy and procedures.
Work under the direction of the Third-Party Risk Management Specialist.
Work with system owners to acquire due diligence documentation.
Scan, upload, and index all due diligence documentation.
Monitor contracts and due diligence documentation, alert system owners in advance of termination or expiration.
Respond to document requests from system owners, auditors, and regulators.
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree helpful; agrees to obtain Third-Party Risk Management certification within one year of employment
1-3 years’ progressive experience in a third-party (vendor) risk management assistance position preferably in a financial services environment.
Experience with Ncontracts or similar vendor management software preferred.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills; ability to see projects through to conclusion by facilitating collaboration.
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Team
Wage Range:
The salary for this position ranges from $50,000.00 to $61,000.00
