Purpose:

 

The Integrated Management System group is responsible for the integrated management system, ISO certifications, and auditing for the company.   The IMS Specialist supports the integrated management group within the company through both systems administration and support functions, while focusing on company-wide continuous improvement. 

 

Job Functions/Accountabilities:

  • Provide support of the company-wide management of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certification responsibilities alongside the IMS Manager.
  • Perform Lead Auditor responsibilities and ensure internal compliance with IMS. 
  • Assist with coordination of Corporate IMS auditing activities (IMS, integration of QMS, EMS, and OH&SMS) for ZCLP.  
  • Assist with arranging audits using internal and external resources and provide support to follow-up and drive continuous improvement compliance initiatives at both corporate and facility levels. 
  • Maintain and manage existing IMS software applications including managing user data, master data, troubleshooting, and ticketing systems. Develop solutions with owners’ assistance as needed for major gaps in requirements.
  • Act as project coordinator for deployment of future modules or applications in the IMS software by coordinating requirements, interactions with vendors, troubleshooting, testing, and rollout requirements through proper change management procedures. 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining advanced user interface/dashboard including reports, views, and graphs within the IMS software and external report visualization service as applications are deployed.
  • Perform Document Control Administrator (DCA) responsibilities for corporate specification and provide back up to document admins at all locations to ensure that document revisions, new documents, obsoletions, etc. move forward.
  • Responsible for the training contents of the IMS software by creating and providing training material for new hires and employees as well as managing training for continual learning and use on each module.
  • All other support as assigned by the manager for the IMS group.

 

Qualifications:

Education and Certifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required. 
  • Equivalent experience in lieu of degree may be considered. 

 

Experience:

  • 5+ Years of Administrative experience. 
  • Lead Auditor Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with an Integrated Management System preferred. 
  • Experience with auditing required; ISO experience preferred. 

 

Special Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills with proven ability to utilize multiple software platforms.  
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Requires strong attention to detail.
