We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic high performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients through solution selling, and closing sales over the phone. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
YOUR TASKS:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their shipping experience
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
YOUR PROFILE:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
