As an Administration Officer at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.  In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally.  Use your talents to support a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.

• Administration support and end to end management of all administration processes
• Site Pallet control 
• Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan, organise and manage meetings, presentations and events
• Organise management meetings, agenda, minutes and action items and follow ups

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and multi-task
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Sound data entry skills
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills
• Problem solving capabilities & computer aptitude
