Program Supervisor - Military veterans preferred

An exciting career as a?Program Supervisor in Timonium, MD is available at Tessco! We are looking for a collaborative individual who will Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external partners. This role will focus on overseeing and managing the Turf Programs at Tessco.

Responsibilities:

• Fosters strong relationships with customers while ensuring the Turf programs are running smoothly and effectively while achieving their intended goals
• Manages a Team of Program Managers, Program Specialists and Program Coordinators
• Coordinates with other departments within Tessco to ensure the program is well-integrated and aligned with the overall goals for our customers and Tessco.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures that are scalable to align with the program requirements and 
• Trains the Program Managers and Program Specialists for flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience     
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also important

Travel requirements: 10% - 15%

Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000
