We’re looking for a GTM Strategy & Planning Analyst for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is fulltime. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

As the GTM Strategy & Planning Manager, you will lead strategic planning and operational alignment across our Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services organizations. Sitting at the core of our go-to-market engine, you will own high-impact planning processes that directly influence how we deliver customer value post-sale, optimize service delivery, and scale revenue operations.

This role blends classic GTM strategy with resource modeling, forecasting, and system-level insights. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across GTM and Customer Success to drive decisions around market segmentation, territory models, headcount strategy, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles, including services-related forecasting, delivery modeling, and capacity planning
  • Conduct TAM/SAM/SOM analysis and market segmentation to inform both pre- and post-sales strategy
  • Optimize territory design and alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Services, incorporating delivery and performance data
  • Build and manage forecasting and KPI dashboards focused on pipeline, utilization, backlog, and revenue trends
  • Support headcount and org design planning using data-driven models and planning tools
  • Develop frameworks for go-to-market execution, including new market entry and customer expansion strategies
  • Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and system administrators to ensure data integrity and actionable insights across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools)

About You

  • 3–6 years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or planning roles supporting Sales, Services, or Customer Success
  • Familiarity with professional services data (e.g., utilization, backlog, delivery planning) and related tools or systems
  • Strong command of Excel, Salesforce, and BI/reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting strategic planning cycles, headcount modeling, or segmentation work
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-first mindset
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced SaaS environment
