Plan and manage last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
· Optimize delivery routes and schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce transit time.
· Oversee the performance of delivery teams, drivers, and third-party vendors.
· Monitor daily KPIs such as delivery success rate, on-time delivery, and customer feedback.
· Analyze and control Last Mile delivery costs
· Identify opportunities to optimize expenses without compromising service quality.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing with third-party logistics providers to ensure cost efficiency.
· Prepare detailed cost reports and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving delivery issues promptly.
· Develop strategies to improve the overall delivery experience for customers.
· Ensure adherence to safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.
· Prepare regular performance, cost, and operational reports for senior management
· Minimum 10 Years experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, or supply chain operations, with a proven track record in cost management.
· Proficiency in delivery management software and route optimization tools.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive cost-efficient decisions.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis tools.
· Familiarity with regional languages is a plus for effective communication.
