We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (Key Personnel) to lead and manage complex IT and telecommunications programs. The successful candidate will oversee teams responsible for the analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, conversion, extension, and implementation of automated systems. This position involves daily oversight of contract support operations, including coordination across multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of overall contract support activities.
  • Direct project planning and production, ensuring the success of contract deliverables.
  • Organize and manage multidisciplinary teams, including data processing and information management professionals.
  • Establish and modify corporate management structures as needed to support project success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities.
  • Ensure effective communication through strong written and oral presentation skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • Active Project or Program Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
    • Equivalent certifications may include those from Defense Acquisition University, PMI, Department of Veterans Affairs, accredited universities, or other recognized institutions.
    • Substitutes for certification (e.g., training, degrees, or relevant experience) must demonstrate clear equivalency.
  • Minimum of 5 years of program management experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility in IT and/or consulting.
  • Familiarity with the Information Technology Acquisition process and associated milestones.
  • Experience analyzing source documentation and supporting acquisition documentation development.
