We are seeking a forward-thinking DevSecOps Engineer (Key Personnel) to support the modernization of software systems through containerization, microservices, and cloud-native development practices. This role will work closely with development teams to guide and implement DevSecOps pipelines and practices within a secure AWS cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide development teams in refactoring legacy applications into microservice architectures within secure, hardened containers.
  • Facilitate the adoption and integration of DevSecOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support the deployment and sustainment of a microservices factory using COTS and open-source tools.
  • Provide hands-on instruction to teams during solution development and deployment cycles.
  • Ensure secure and compliant implementation of DevSecOps solutions in AWS environments.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps or software engineering.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing DevSecOps solutions in AWS cloud environments.
  • AWS Associate-level certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or equivalent).
  • DoD 8570 Baseline Certification: IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security).
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
  • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at the time of proposal submission.


  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the engineering field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Oracle and/or SQL Server database administration and analysis.
  • For Oracle Systems Engineer roles:
    • Experience with Windows Server 2016 and HP-UX 11.3.x.
    • Proficiency in Oracle Database 11g, PL/SQL programming, stored procedures, database performance tuning, E-R database design, backup/recovery, systems analysis, and documentation.
  • For SQL Systems Engineer roles:
    • Microsoft-certified and trained on Windows Server 2016 and SQL Server 2012.
    • Experience in T-SQL programming, performance tuning, backup/recovery, systems analysis, security, and documentation.
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • DoD 8570 Baseline Certification: IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security).
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
  • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at the time of proposal submission.
