RealAcoustix is looking for a Painter/Coater with experience in wood painting and/or manufacturing. Â Primary job responsibilities are assisting in the painting and fireproofing of sheets of wood and products. Experience with painting and/or woodworking is a must. Â Must be familiar with different types of paints, stains, fine finishes, lacquers, etc. Â Familiarity with automated paint machines a plus. Some assembly of acoustical units built out of wood. Â Â

Communication Skills/Requirements:
Able to communicate verbally or in writing as to work in progress, and discrepancy issues. Â Will be working directly with many different departments. Â
Mathematical Ability:
Able to use math to add, subtract, multiply or divide and may work with fractions, decimals, or percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Able to follow instructions and/or directions requiring normal to extended periods of concentration. Â Requires ability to follow a course/sequence of action within specified procedures and to logically think through error issues in order to resolve or contact appropriate source. Must be able to organize work to ensure attention to detail and follow through.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing plant. Â Exposed to normal manufacturing hazards.
Additional Information:
Work location: Facility is in Ogden, UT; Working hours: Working hours may vary. Â Shift changes may be required as necessary. Â Overtime may be required to meet demands (as needed). Must be reliable with excellent attendance record. Generally responsible for the safety of own work area. Safety glasses and steel toe work boots are required in all manufacturing areas.Â
