Answering phones and assisting callers with medical records requests, according to standard procedures.
Scanning documents.
Documenting/logging data.
Clerical functions.
Other duties as assigned/needed.
Must be attentive to detail and compliant with HIPAA regulations/guidelines.
Ability to remain organized and multi-task within fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiar with Electronic Medical Records/ computer skills necessary.
Availability to arrive at work 7:00am.
High focus on customer service.
As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA/BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN regulations and maintain associated workplace trainings.
High School or Equivalent or better.
Some college or better.
Technical/other training or better.
