Responsibilities- Receiving and processing orders received from distributorsÂ
- Validate orders received from distributor to ensure manufacturability of productsÂ
- Review and validate all variable data received with distributor orderÂ
- Process order changes/updates requested by distributorÂ
- Customer service duties assisting with quotations, calls, questions, inquiries, etc.Â
QualificationsSpecial knowledge, skills and abilities required:Â
 Â
- Self-starter with excellent time management skillsÂ
- Strong fluency in English language, both written and verbalÂ
- Proficiency in keyboarding and data entry while maintaining accuracyÂ
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environmentÂ
- Proven success in a job or tasks requiring strong attention to detailÂ
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-taskÂ
- Demonstrated ability to meet daily entry goals in a fast-paced environment. Â
- Role has possibility of being hybrid (on-site and remote work) but that is not a guarantee and would be based upon level of experience and skill with the jobÂ
Â
Preferred:Â
- Experience with Office 365, CRM, SAP, ABS400.Â
- Experience in order management systems.Â
Â
Education and experience required:Â
- High school diploma or equivalent. Â
Â
Preferred:Â
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Customer Service and its related tasks.
