Description:

Location: Flexible or hybrid within the United States

ALL4's PMO is shaping how project management creates and drives value for our clients, teams, and the business. We are building a different project management experience, and we are looking for someone to help advance it.

As an experienced project manager, you've likely faced:

  • Projects that feel more like pressure cookers than client partnerships.
  • Project Management systems that look great on paper but break down in practice.
  • A culture of “just get it done” that squeezes out time for growth, leadership, or improvement.

That's NOT how we do project management at ALL4.

As a Managing Consultant in our PMO, you will not just manage projects. This position requires focus and strategy on our project management tools, processes, and systems while also focusing on people. You will coach, support, and develop project managers. You will improve how the Company delivers work and drives results.

If you have a background in environmental consulting, engineering, or a similar services industry, you will understand the work. If you want a larger role in developing how projects get delivered and drive progress toward the organization's vision, this is your opportunity.

Your Impact

You will work with leaders, project teams, and clients to improve how we plan, predict, deliver, and manage projects. You will develop strategies, own projects, and lead changes for companywide systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with project managers to overcome project management and business barriers.
  • Support project manager onboarding, training, learning and development programs.
  • Demonstrate a high-level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Client project management, including invoicing, proposal development, client growth, revenue generation, and other financial objectives. Annual client revenues targets as determined collaboratively with the Project Management Director (PMD).
  • Lead in a manner that is aligned and represents ALL4's core values both internally and externally.
  • Understand, implement, and lead ALL4's vision.

  • Proficiency with Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to make value-add presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial with a competitive and persistent focus towards achieving results.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow proactively.
  • Effective problem resolution and consultative skills combined with the ability to delegate successfully.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
