Overview

Lutron is seeking a self-motivated Talent Acquisitions Associate to support our companywide hiring needs based out of our World Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA.  In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting talented people to the organization so that we are able to meet our current and future staffing needs. 

 

You will use your proven interpersonal skills and creative approach to problem-solving to leave a positive impression on candidates while driving results.  Through your efforts, you will ensure candidates receive an exceptional and differentiated experience by being responsive to their needs and the needs of the hiring teams.  You will develop deep connections with both internal and external stakeholders, and your efforts will profoundly influence the capacity and capability of the business and have a lasting effect on our companywide workforce.   



Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment journey, all the way through to offer letters and onboarding while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
  • Develop and execute a strategy for job postings and candidate engagement campaigns 
  • Execute sourcing strategies and activities to drive a high level of performance against aggressive hiring plans
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to ensure we have enough quality applicants moving through the recruiting process at a pace necessary to secure talented people and meet hiring goals
  • Evaluate candidates against role requirements and skills that are required for Lutron success 
  • Act as the key point of contact to provide regular, outward communication to hiring teams and business leaders on the status of open roles and activities taking place 
  • Share critical market data with business leaders and drive continuous improvement  
  • Train hiring managers and interviewers on candidate selection and evaluation
  • Create high impact job descriptions for your area of focus that will attract targeted people 
  • Facilitate the reconciliation of decisions on applicant status, deliver candidate offers, and stay connected with new hires as they join the Lutron community
  • Use your excellent communication skills and understanding of Lutron culture as a company ambassador at select career events
  • Ensure all hires meet Lutron’s standards for excellence
  • Practice Lutron’s data privacy policies when handling confidential candidate information
  • Apply your keen eye for details to ensure we are operating within compliance 

 

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven communication skills tailored to different audiences
  • Ability to balance competing priorities through proactive engagement
  • A sense of urgency paired with a commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Willingness and ability to travel as business needs required



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
  • 0 - 3 years' experience in a related field
