Alro is searching for an experienced Plant Superintendent with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic, having supervisory experience, preferably in metals. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• managing the warehouse and delivery operations
• managing the organization and coordination of inventory
• interacting with sales personnel and customers concerning delivery requirements
• solving customer delivery challenges
• ordering needed warehouse supplies and equipment repairs

The ideal candidate will:

• have previous Lean Manufacturing experience
• be an effective communicator and motivator
• be proficient in MS Word and Excel programs
• have knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements
• have knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO procedures
