Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to ensure the effective coordination and maintenance of the Kentucky Plant’s ISO management system, including serving as the internal auditor. This role supports operational excellence by reviewing daily production data in SAP, generating accurate weekly and monthly production reports, and processing goods receipts and invoices. This position contributes to the overall process compliance and efficiency of the Kentucky Plant.

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS:

- Enter and review daily production report in SAP, modify and update as necessary

- Create weekly and monthly production reports 

- Create/modify/distribute/track recipes

- Serve as backup for Production Planner for daily raw material consumption data

- Coordinate and oversee the areas of the EtQ system and acts as a Document Control Administrator (DCA) for all KY Plant Specifications, Standards  Operation Procedures, and Work Instructions using document management software database to satisfy ISO9001/45001/14001 Standards.

- Monitor overall document movements and system for irregularities, outstanding items, approvals, items in limbo, revised/reissued items.

- Serve as an internal auditor for safety and quality systems

- Process requisitions and invoices in SAP

- Research goods receipts and invoices for discrepancies.

- Track and monitor specific costs for variation and provides recommendations for improvements.

- Estimate and track accruals as needed

- Manage KY Plant uniforms, including, but not limited to: contact person for plant employees and vendor; reviewing inventory; handling style/size changes; ordering for new hires; reviewing and approving invoices

- Provide company confidential word processing, designing, editing, and preparation of hard copies, graphs, tables, projection and computerized presentations for meetings and reports using computer based software. typing of production, specifications and procedures.

- Update communication slides and information weekly 

- Assisting inbound deliveries and visitors

- Maintain and assure availability of personal protective equipment for plant visitors.

- Maintain certification and provide services as a Notary.

- General clerical functions such as filing, faxing, and scanning.

- Coordinate the stocking and ordering of office supplies as required.

- Provide conference and meeting support to ensure conference room availability and meals as requested.

- Continuously seeks ways to improve performance of our facility's operation and ensures that customers' (both internal and external) needs are met.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years in an administrative and purchasing environment.  An ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience.   High School diploma of G.E.D. is required.
