Procurement & Integration Officer

Programme Name: LCST

Location: Emersons Green, Bristol/Hybrid

The Role:

we are seeking a Procurement & Integration Officer to join part of the Commodity Support Services (CSS) team within Team Leidos. Providing end to end business system integration across the estate, specifically Sage ERP.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure both instances of Sage are complaint with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) regulations
  • To ensure the continuity of Sage ERP to support the operational P2P to be delivered in-line with Customer expectation
  • To proactively participate in development and implementation of existing and new systems requirement to support all related functions across Team Leidos and ensure these fully satisfy LSL requirements
  • To support drafting and issuing business requirements on behalf of the business to LEL IS to support onboarding/migration of contracts, managing the associated procurement process up to and beyond contract award
  • To support discussions to agree technology approaches with Suppliers, such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to support benefit realisation across Team Leidos during the onboarding and migration of contracts to Team Leidos architecture
  • Supporting system reporting development, accuracy, and is up to date and submitted on time
  • Support teams to contribute to achieving 3WM in a timely manner, including supplier payment reconciliation through internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • To actively support the development of LSL tools, processes and procedures, thereby supporting Team Leidos Transformation
  • Continuing Professional and Personal Development to ensure an understanding of the Leidos Architecture and related business systems, specifically Sage ERP
  • Manage self (and staff if appropriate) in accordance with Leidos HR policies.
  • Trained in, and fully observant of, Good Distribution Practice (GDP) obligations and best practices

Required Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Numerate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to understand Information Technology/Systems
  • Full Driving Licence desirable to facilitate Customer/Supplier/Site meetings
     

Desired Skills:

  • Experience of using procurement tools such as SAGE
