Inventory Group Leader

Grade Level 5

The Inventory Group Leader is responsible for directing and assigning daily tasks for Receivers, QC Inspectors, Stocking Attendants, and Inventory Clerk positions. This includes receiving, inspecting, stocking, and cycle counting of raw materials and finished goods utilizing the required systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolves Cycle Count variances

• Enter Cycle Count into the system

• Oversee the receiving and stocking for both finished goods and raw materials that are either manufactured in-house or purchased

• Document all IP Discrepancies and correspond via email with the manufacturing site the discrepancy(s) originated from.

• Manage the daily Late List report generated from the ERP system to resolve outstanding IP's (Interplant Transfer Orders).

• Work the IP's Shipped/Not Received report from the ERP system

• Process Scrap/Obsolete product requests

• Handle internal emails and phone calls related to inventory of products

• Responsible for overseeing Pick, Pack and Shipping functions after the Shipping Group Leader has left for the day

• Responsible for overseeing the closure of the facility at the end of day

• Holds team accountable for errors via regular communication and documentation

• Oversee the Return to Stock cart is resolved daily

• Other duties as assigned
