A. Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA) is seeking a Web Developer (WD). The WD will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Technical Writers to develop and/or revise graphics for inclusion in U.S. Navy Rate Training Manuals (RTM). No travel will be required for this role.
**This is an opportunity that requires full-time in office support on base at Corry Station in Pensacola. This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance.
Specific Duties/Job Requirements:
- Develop media
- Create and maintain Test Bank database
- Ensure maximized automation of the authoring tools
- Conduct needs assessment and needs analysis
- Package Training Data Products
- Convert hard copy RTM to electronic HTML5
- Coordinate with SMEs and support staff to develop and/or revise graphics
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
- Concise communication, able to adapt to customer needs
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience/Education:
- Must have an active SECRET Security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with two years related scripting language experience
- Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), In-Design, Captivate, and Adobe Dreamweaver
- Minimum one year of Government contracting experience
- Data collection / facilitation skills (typing, listening, writing)
- Organized and concise
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to adapt to customer needs
- Exceptional written/grammar skills
Preferred Experience:
- Working knowledge of current US Navy rate training course documentation
- Varied and diverse experience with authoring tools
